The char is a salmon trout species. His mild and delicate fish meat has hardly bones and is really tasty. Because of the hot smoking above beech wood the fish gets his smoky flavor. Before you eat it, just let it allow to warm to room temperature, because then it is way easier filleting.
On Bread or with salad, it always tastes good. Char is a natural product. Therefore the size and the weight could vary. This leads to different gram numbers. So please be gentle with us, we are trying our best to give you your size ordered.
